At Limelightpk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and images of the product to request a return authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice included to ensure a smooth processing experience.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Send the package back to our designated returns center using a traceable courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team verifies the condition of the items, we will issue a store credit or process a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
